FCCP is a voluntary program for children who are at risk for abuse or neglect or who have serious emotional disturbance. FCCP connects families with natural supports in their extended families and in the community. FCCP does not provide direct services. FCCP accepts referrals from the community and from DCYF (Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth, and Families).
